- 'TIGER, tiger, burning bright
In the forests of the night,
What immortal hand or eye
Could frame thy fearful symmetry?
(William Blake. 1757–1827)
I really didn’t want to paint a photo realistic Tiger what I was trying to achieve was more of the silent nighttime menace of the hunting tiger.
The eyes that seem to look deep into your Saul but in reality, are only watching, intensely for that moment to strike.
A beautiful creature built for stealth with incredible power, the lone hunter, and swift to kill.
Set in a double ivory mount and framed in beautiful Walnut veneer.
